Rich W., Could this be made to work in "phased" play: 1) Allow Op Fire during the Movement Phase. Same triggers and frequency as in "turn" play. My opponent and I have decided to limit column meleeing to only when it is necessary by movement restrictions (bridge, towns, etc...).
