Gentlemen, <salute> I am saddened and dismayed that the CSA is wiping out most of its medals and awards. I have not been active in the club for many years now, but I have held almost every position in the Confederate Army, including working at and commanding VMI, and Commander of the ANV, as well as...

General Ludwig, suh <salute>

Approximately when will the voting for CSA CoA take place? I assume we will be notified about where and when to vote.

Thank you.

Your most humble servant,

Gen. John Newton

Invading Officers from the Federal Army, <salute> I have been paired with General Sands on this scenario but I wish to thank Gen. Nelms, Lt. Gen. Shaw, and MG Kolcun for stepping up to play. I know all of these officers and know them to be fine gentlemen and worthy opponents. I hope we can meet on a...

MG Chatain, <salute>

Thank you for the quick reply. I can keep up a good pace but it will vary from week to week depending on work and family. If Cam says no, or Ernie decides to play Oak Grove instead, then maybe another Union officer will step forward by the 20th.

Regards,

John

MG Chatain, <salute>

I am willing to play Gen. Sands at Beaver Creek Dam unless he prefers to play Oak Grove. Also what does "close as CSA MV by April 20" mean?

Thanks,

John

Excellent work Blake and very entertaining!!! Between the Lines is also a very clever title. All in all a terrific effort and I now have the picture of Marilynn, from the first edition, hung inside my tent.

Well done suh!!

Hi Blake, We are talking about two different rules here. I would vote to change rule 3.3.4.1.2 (at what rank can you vote for CoA) to include Brigadier Generals and higher and as to rule 3.3.4.2.1 (at what rank can you serve on the Cabinet, become Club President or CoA), I would vote to change that ...

Gentlemen,

General Laub's original thoughts for only including Generals and Lt. Generals in the voting process are sound and reasonable. The only changes I would vote for and support to rule 3.3.4.1.2 would be to include all officers holding a rank of Brigadier General and above.

Regards,
John
