Thank ACWGC and the Internet. I enjoy my time in the club dressing in gray (sometimes in blue) and playing with/against wargamers from all over the world.

I believe AI will finally go beyond us in many areas, including wargames, no matter whether turn-based or real-time. Besides serving as a better opponent discussed above, I am also interested in that AI can serve as better subordinate officers in the OOB. So we can just send orders to our AI officer...

... it is all there in the User Manual but it's not all in one place so there's no clear and logical explanation. I know how the Command Ranking (and relative rules) works. I know Command Ranking provides a reason to encourage players to keep their troops with a complete command structure. Keeping ...

The Root Sirs, my thoughts may sound sharp as usual. I don't think, primarily, the current Command Ranking has a solid base - the "Disrupted", which I thought was bad. Anyone who wants to go deeply into the issue of Command Ranking should answer the two following questions first: #1. What...

Lee did worse than usual in Gettysburg. However, the question is the lack of appropriate game mechanics. It is hard to say Command Ranking is a proper mechanic to show such a bad performance of generals like Lee in Gettysburg. The JTS/WDS doesn't have a good enough mechanic or doesn't have at least ...

Good game. Thank Blake and all players. 1. The most dramatic moment in the double-blind mirror game for me is when Rebs and Yanks respectively found that Yanks are more heroic than usual and that Rebs cannons are more terrifying than usual. lol 2. Center objective is exactly the key to this battle. ...

In one corner of the club, there are some links

https://www.customjts.net/
https://www.brettschulte.net/ACWCGDC/acwscenarios.htm
http://acwgc-engineering.com/ //Gen. Ken may close it this year.

But no clue to "Stonewall at Gettysburg". Maybe you can try to create one yourself.

Clarification to Lone Leaders Movement Limitation But still have problems. I care about that or if friendly units are closer. I'm not sure what it means and it may not make sense. Besides, if the enemy is on high ground and your front line can't hold off the enemy LoS, your generals won't move free...

Any fire/melee/morale modifiers can be very important. -10%/-20% is a modifier that cannot be ignored. Example of how -10%/-20% (new melee modifier) will affect combat. Win rate estimates are from Melee Calculator in Library. I have some other estimation methods. Due to the rounding calculation met...

Sounded like a robot? No, sir. You can call it calm, clear and non-native-speaker-friendly. :) But I do look forward to the emotion in the tone when the dramatic moment comes.

GBACW series is definitely worth having a try. It provides more tactical details than WDS ACW. Meanwhile, it provides simulation above the command and order in the command chain above the brigade level while the simulations of WDS ACW for this are sorely lacking. However, * I am not sure about your ...

Welcome to the club, sir. It sounds like you have a lot of experience. China and America in 2003 seem to be quite different from today. Anyway, forget about politics. Enjoy the games and good luck.
