General Strickler, Sir! <salute>

It just might be that the Chief of the Armies is not very pleased with our recruiting efforts for the month of February, we failed to graduate a single Confederate Officer!

Your Obedient Servant,

Gentlemen, Sirs! <salute> I have been recalled to Richmond and will be leaving in the morning. I will be away at my post and unavailable to exchange gaming turns until after my return on March 30th. In the meantime the Deputy Commandant of VMI will be holding down the Institute. Your Obedient Servant,

Gents, I spent 6 years on the eastcoast in the mid 70's to 1980. The one big one I experienced was in February of 1980. Over night 25 inches of snow fall. Was living in base housing at Fort Belvoir, VA, We made our way to report for duty, shoveled the sidewalks and then went home for the next 3 days...

Gentlemen! <salute> Dusty was Commandant of VMI when I joined the Club in October 2004. In June of 2005 I ask to become an instructor at VMI and the rest is history. I got to have dinner with Dusty one evening in February of 2006 in Dale City, Virginia. One of the few members I have had the opportun...

Gents! <salute> I turned 60 last month, so I now officially have less than 2 years to go as long as they don't close the doors at the Post Office! January, 2015! Ned makes a great point: I don't know how many of the guys at work have said the same thing, "I am not sure I want to retire, what wi...

Gents, That is certainly good news to hear as David has been one of those special kind of members who jumped in with both feet from the get go! It is this new blood that keeps this Club going and interesting. David, follow the Doc's orders and we will see you back on the battlefield in due time. All...

Gentlemen! <salute> Well I got my start back in October of '04. Rich Hamilton had been planting the seed to join the Club for about 6 months prior. At VMI, Commandant Dustin Arnold assigned me to Russ Levy and he made me go and purchase the TalonSoft BattleGround series before I could continue train...

Dan,

I am very curious to learn what your command is that you hold in the Union side of the ACWGC? It is required to post your full rank and unit.

Gents, What Matrix did for the BG games was to do the upgrades and patches before putting them out so you don't have to go thru all the stuff like you did with the old TalonSoft BG games. It is actually a good value if you care to play those BG games, you get the bundle of 5 for a pretty good price....

Gents,

Went to do some work with the January muster and wanted to download the info from the Muster site at the DoR, there is nothing there?

Wondering is the site down for maintenance?
