For the Fallen:

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them

Fine report Suh, just as I suspected it is the stats that you do not show in your report that would tell the whole story about the Unions poor conduct in this war. I have just run some quick club statistics and the CSA is out drinking the Union by 2 to 1. Winning where it counts

I have never been bothered either way if my opponents want attack in column house rules or not, as long as they tell me before we start the game.

The Christmas theme is great Scott, but it is not culturally inclusive. What about us all from the deep deep Deep South? It is bloody tough doing Christmas Day in front of BBQ just wearing a pair of budgie smugglers. Then after eating 3 or 4 kg of steak having to go for a swim at the beach, plus all...

Well done Gents, it is what this club is about, that and excessive drinking. So lets have a rink or thirty on Gen Stiles's bar tab. Yeah baby

I was only referring to non AI play. I can understand that most of the historical battles we fight are set in a very short time frame of a few days at most and there were a wide range of external circumstances/issues that impacted the battle. But with this campaign being over a couple of months it h...

I have played the 1390 turn Campaign once (got to 169 turns and was done like a dogs dinner) and on the second go now. One of my observations is that the fixed CSA units at Hanover Junction and the CSA reinforcements coming in near Lindsey's Deport on 19th May tend to put a spoke in the strategy of ...
