Hi Berto, I found the Extreme FOW in the scheduling section. Here is how it works: The Scheduled Dialog displays a list of reinforcements scheduled to arrive in the current scenario. Each reinforcement entry has an arrival time, an arrival probability, and an arrival hex. Note if Fog of War is in ef...

Berto, I'll check my files and see what I can find.

I would check with Gen. Ken Miller. He is very knowledgeable about the workings and rules of the game.

Richard, Thanks for the image. Looks like the painted maps are working there way back. I've downloaded the ones for the Campaign Antietam from the JTS site. Looks interesting! Will there be an option to use the auto-generated map vs. the painted maps or will that data be imbedded in the .map ...

Hi John,

You are correct. I should have addressed this to Berto and not Richard. As he was mentioning the Petersburg release and possible changes I listed him instead of Berto.

Looking forward to the updates and change discussions. As always, I'm a supporter for the ammo/supply update. :D

Hi Berto,

So do you think the supply change would be a viable update to a current version or added to the list of BIG changes for down the road?

If any assistance would be needed to update the OOB, SCN or PDT files to match the change, I'm available to help.

Hi R. Woods, Sure, I'll see if I can help. Which scenario nr. is it? Are you North or South? Is the bridge (value) destroyed? Key note here is that you need to be in column, limber or mounted formation to cross a bridge. Check that first. If that does work I'll load your file and look to see what is...

How about we just add this update to Petersburg and focus on the BIG engine design later? :D I would buy the Petersburg version for such a change. I'm looking for game improvements and not just new releases of scenarios of the same old cookie. I think it was mentioned that the painted map versions w...

Hi Steve/Ken/Christian, Great to hear from you guys! Well, regarding my original post, my intentions were not to micro-manage the supply levels. The intent was to improve the current format with a simple programing change (which could be added to any version update). I would like to eliminate the cu...

ATTN:Richard Walker - Scenario Designer: I know there is talk of some updates to be made to the game engine and I would really like to see supply updated in the OOB file by unit; added onto the end of the current unit data. I would like to see that infantry units get a 20 ammo supply (reduced from 4...

Berto, Minor flaw with the latest updates is that it requires PoP and SN verification to install. This will remove a lot of current players from using the latest updates. As stated before, these minor changes don't justify the need to locate old CD's or PoP and will only hinder the number of players...

Thanks Berto for the update! Even if they shoot you it's an old musket and will likely just be a flesh wound. No worries! ;) We can always put this cat back in the bag once we're done discussing it...right?! That is good news. I would be willing to assist your team with data (OOB) or file updates if...

Lt. Gen. C. N. Matthews, I would have to agree with you somewhat. There is a concern of thinning in the ranks and very little development support. The sad part is that each release is the same old format with no major improvements (same old dry cracker). I personally would like to see an upgrade on ...

Lt. Gen. C. N. Matthews, Sir! Thanks for pointing that out. I've been trying to look at the 1st Corp site for nearly two months now. I know the CO was working on it and needed to make some changes. I've been in a multiplayer battle with the 3rd Div. of that Corp and needed the commanders information...
