Sure post the links, that video was already interesting.
The new class is also interesting, wonder if they will consider adding artillery crew and cavalry.

Well they started to appear in the late 90's and are still played & developed, besides this you see with the FWWC or Panzer Battles that there are even relative new offshoots of the old engines. Last but not least if WDS takes over development you can be sure that there are still many years for ...

Yes the problems there explain why it takes HistWar so long to get things fixed like the detection of collisions between units and units/inaccessible areas. At a certain point you have to massively invest to get the details right so it doesn't look like everyone is going nuts on the battlefield.

Yes 3d is different, it can be an impressive sight to see these many of troops get going. If the limitation of 200 per unit wouldn't be there it would be even more impressive. Here an older Histwar video with a 1/2 scale: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mN_d2BKleZM But I assure you it is normal to l...

Indeed although it has some very interesting aspects like the courier system, would love to have something like that in the HPS/JTS series.

Maybe it slipped my attention in previous videos but that we see in this one that there is more going on than just the players actions is very nice. The short glimpse of artillery on the left firing in the twilight looks fabulous and that gives the felling that you are in a big battle and not just f...

Good day gentlemen, from the ACWCO Engineering Department I see that the default value for crew kill is 100, and that higher values make it less and lower values make it more likely to kill the crew. But what plays a role in determine a crew kill here? Is it a simple random check against a base perc...

Now when is someone going to bring history alive again with a first-class production of Chickamauga and/or Missionary Ridge?

As soon as hell freezes.
When Hollywood hasn't the guts to make "The Last Full Measure" I doubt any other huge CW battle is covered by a movie.

Maybe there was the idea of adding the "Unit Loss Recovery" or the "Replacements" functions that the Panzer Campaign engine provides to the Civil War engine. But I guess like most ideas it just didn't make it because almost no scenario would need this function as they are battle ...

Just to add, unlikely other boards we can't upload material here so an external picture host is needed.
I usually use imgur.com, works without a flaw and unlike other hoster is reliable.
