@John Ferry
Is that a new PDT? I don't see Overland 7 in the game folder.

@General Whitehead
Well for Griffin I see 23 infantry units on the map and 7 of them have D and so should be at E, none is at E and so none should and at F, if so you have lowered them further than 1 level.

@John Ferry Osprey isn't that bad although because they are so short(usually around 50 pages only) there isn't much detail, but they are always good to get a general overview. The notes about Warren are more about him getting off trails and roads and into the bushes to take up position, especially W...

Yea and often it goes unnoticed, JTS has release an update for Antietam a week ago, I expect the HPS version will not take long to show up.

Yep we had some new patches in August 2014 for the CW series, unfortunately Antietam wasn't part of it but hopefully we see it soon.

@John Ferry I don't think anyone here wants to discourage any scenario designer, surely not. But it should be understandable that a campaign start like this can make the players a bit upset, neither the confederate nor the Union player can wish a course of battle like General Whiteheads example abov...

In 3D? I don't see any in 3D at all with this map mod.

They are pretty although the height differences are sometimes hard to see, especially the backsides that go over into the lower terrain behind it without any transition.

Personally I try to play only those scenario that incorporate weather and so would prefer if such endeavor is incorporated into these mods. That alone would be hard enough but I guess worth it. Doing it for all the none-weather PDTs would surely lead to a more realistic dawn/dusk I'm not sure if it'...

I think the second change may be unnecessary if switching to phased gameplay, neither could the Union move up unit by unit and see what units stay combat worthy(undisrupted) to attack with them nor can it trust that the defensive fire comes in at just 50% and will make much less disruption and routi...

Well specifically for the Telegraph line, it raises development that is the Civilization Level and the number in the bracket behind it, you can see this on the tooltip when setting the cursor on a region. It has direct and indirect influence: Direct, it reduces cohesion loss when moving through the ...

Well I think it was already said here( http://wargame.ch/board/acwgc/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=19779 ) somewhere that the difference from turn the phased gameplay is a shift from favoring the attacker to favoring the defender just like it should be. At least looking at the number's it should be so, if...

Exactly, unlike JTS/HPS were we can be glad to get a new feature at all CW2 evolved a lot, not only the map got bigger but things like "Regional Decisions" were added that gives the game another layer in depth. Not sure what the problem is with deciding if a decision is worth the investmen...

Was it played in phase or turn gameplay?
