I have never opened a scenario editor and would not know what I was looking for to see the "Campaign Tree" or whatever. I can understand the "why" the campaign ends...it would likely move into Ohio. But as this is a game perhaps a scenario could follow a Reb victory at Perryville with a subsequent F... |

I have just won the Chickauamga campaign by getting a major victory at Perryville. Hurrah for me, the war is over. Unfortunately I was looking forward to playing the Chickamauga campaign. I kinda hoped I might get to the Battle of Murfreeboro or maybe even the Battle of Chickamauga since the game is... |

I don't know if this has been discussed but why aren't captured guns worth any victory points? Also in Campaign Chickamauga I hit a Union gun with counter battery fire and the distruction of one gun was worth 390 points. This seems high. I get 390 for hitting one gun and zero for capturing over 10. ... |

I think in phased based play you could still have opportinity fire at half strength and then the defensive phase at full strength. opportunity fire seldoms hits that many men and the real result would be that a unit would disrupt here and there. Could not opportunity fire be available even if a phased game is played. It could be listed as an option to select at the game start. The Nappy games have and option "No opportunity fire against skirmishers" so I have to believe this could be done. Lt General Jon Thayer III Corps Army of Northern Vi... |

I would bet that in the combat you described only one section of guns fired which is to me one of the main problems with defensive fire against adjacent enemy units. The attacker has the option of combining his units to fire or melee and expcet only limited defensive fire. Simply put, attackers shou... |

I put the CD in the drive and the start up program ran. The game and all the files are on my computer. I can open the start screen where you select a scenario but when you click to open a selected scenario the message, "Sorry, not supported by Windows NT" comes up.
