Not in the ACW, obviously. But I had an odd fealing when first seeing the Ulm-Augsburg map in HPS Austerlitz. It covers all the ground I grew up upon, including the small town where my grandmothers used to live.

Finally an open bar! I went to visit but found in order to post there I need to make up a username upon each visit and enter a confirmation code that would take Rainman to decipher. You can simply register as a user, and enjoy all the privileges except access to private forums. Several of your fell...

There are open boards at the Union Army forums, as well as at the forums of the Army of the Cumberland and of the Army of the Tennessee. Everybody is welcome there. In addition, there are also private forums for all four Un...

How does a Moderator make a post "Sticky"?

He can't. It's not a moderator permission but a user permission. It has to be assigned by a moderator to user groups or individual users.

On a technical note, you will have to register for the new Union Army forums AND be added to the Army of the Potomac user group there by either an administrator or General Roubaud before you can access the Gettysburg Arms. The former is instant, the latter may take a day or so. Bear with us.

I too like the old color scheme Well, personally, I like the new one better. I found the dark brown gloomy and it didn't combine well with BLUE . As a matter of fact, I liked the style best that was only there a couple of days. Sort of had an oldfashioned newspaper look, for lack of a better word. ...
