I just never cared much for that movie to be honest. Gettysburg was better done as were films like Glory and even Cold Mountain. A Grant vs. Lee miniseries could really be interesting! Oh, I hated that movie. The book was okay. The film was just....dull. But I have to say that I don't actually reme...

You haven't seen "God and Generals" then? Both battles, as well as Fredricksburg are showcased in that film. All Rebel victories IIRC.

You haven't been here in a while, I see. Charlotte has been a "Northern Colony" for at least 25 years...although lately my side of town more resembles Northern Mexico.

You are mistaken, Captain. YOu will find that we here in the Union Army can give as much as we get. A lot of the problems that young officers have is trying to deal with E and D class troops that run away from Southern Ladies Academies. Once you figure out how to overcome these odds (i.e...cheat [;)...
