Believe it or not I finally bit the bullet and changed my desktop to 1024 x 768 in order to be able to run Photoshop Elements. I don't see well and I always kept it at 800 x 600 because I liked the larger images when playing HPS and other games. I notice that Combat Mission from Battlefront still op...

Problem solved, however, others who have this game and have been running it OK on XP might want to know. The PROBLEM WAS that I was correct in my memory that if one uninstalls some TS and HPS games...SOMETIMES not all of the time....the registry entry does not get deleted. In the case of trying re-i...

Not long ago, I had my TS BG Chickamauga installed on my computer and at some point removed it. Now I have tried to re-install it and nothing happens. The disk simply does not work. Autorun does not bring it up. The "Run" function and Intall New programs will not respond to the "setup" exe. TS Chick...

In my current Atlanta campaign I prolonged an unlimbered arty one hex back from a wooded hex to a clear hex both hexes at the same elevation. I am offering this only to illustate that the prolonge to the rear to a clear hex seems to mean that only the hex MOVED to must be clear. I orginally thought ...

Bill, of all the comments on this post, yours is by far the absolutely most humorous! Just the image of it is right out of some Western comedy film like Cat Ballou or Blazing Saddles. Frankly I hope they can fix it as now that the glitch is out of wraps, it may inevitably end up causing some brew-ha...

This issue is bothersome only if players are not honorable. There are often circumstances where one player zips the wrong file...meaning not the cpf (or not a "complete" cpf i.e. when playing in phases and not ending all phases) and then zipping up. The upshot is the opponent might get a fleeting an...
