Or Antietam/ Chickamauga?I agree with the optionals as with line melee for infantry. Cavalry can always be discusse...

Is there any reb officer out there who would dare to challenge a rusty veteran for a BG game? I'd prefer a F/N variant, but that is open for negotiation. As fo...

(In essence, the outcome is the same) <b>* Shooting over own ...

In Vicksburg, 2 reb guns fought back my 1000-men assault with no casulties for itself and some hundreds for me... rather impregnable, I'd say![xx(]

With Grant's army closing in on Vicksburg, the Rebel cause in the West seems doomed, unless some courageous CSA officer turns up to defend that strategic position. Added to Grant's forces is a division of crack Union troops, veterans from many a battle in the West, the 1/XIV of the Army of the Cumbe...

..the Rebel hoardes flee in front of the victorious 1/XIV of the Army of the Cumberlad.. At the point can be seen a battle-hardened outfit, lead by an old, grey bear - General Wistedt of the USA. The division is arrayed in battle line but no Rebs seem to have heart enough to stand and fight..[:D] no...

The flap to the major's tent opens suddenly and a cold wind blows across the open space. A rugged US trooper delivers a message to the reb major and disappears as sudden as he has shown up, leaving the rebel major sitting on his bed with the letter, wondering how the US trooper could have slipped th...
