I don't think you'll lack for opponents on any of them so if there are a couple that interest you more then the others then I'd go that direction with the HPS/JTS games. If you want to go with something more strategic you could always add AGEOD's Civil War II to the mix as I find it to be the best o...

While I wait for a Rebel officer to answer my call for an opponent in this great game I thought I would do a bit to showcase it for those of you that either haven't looked at it or looked and decided against it. Here is a link to a video series of a campaign AAR on Youtube; https://www.youtube.com/p...

Looking for a Rebel officer for what will likely be a leisurely paced full campaign. I'm pretty rusty so this will probably be an easy win for someone. You can reach me at nelmsm (at) nts (dash) online (dot) net and we can discuss particulars.

Build is posted so go ahead and pick something out and send it on. Not sure if PBEM is working correctly yet but we'll give it a whirl. You can send it to nelmsm (at) nts (dash) online (dot) net

I think too much is made about Ewell not taking "that hill" on the first day. In my mind if Ewell takes Cemetery Hill Mead then just stops everyone and mans the Pipe Creek line that was his original intention in the first place. The Union wasn't that committed to Gettysburg until later tha...

You could ask whichever Union officer's captured your last one to return it. :D

In the line of discussion, I was wondering if our General Nelms is into Texas, and especially Comanche, history. Just finished "The Searchers" excellent book by Glenn Frankel, about the making of the movie, directed by John Ford, from the book written by Alan Lemay, taken from Texas histo...

I would also give my recommendation to give this a listen. You can find it at the i-Tunes store and listen on your i-Phone which is what I do.
