No, we'll fight about it. We're fighting the ANV now and we will fight you next. What happened in the past is for old men who have nothing but memories. We are in the here and now and our Army fights as a whole not just a division. You will get your chance starting Sept 1.

WE aim to change that. You can't base your reputation on a few guys. And we still got Hulinsky's Flag, something you don't have. (sorry Roger, if you're out there). The AotS is challenging every Reb army one by one, the AotM is next. We don't talk about it, we fight fight about it! And when Hancock'...

If you see a cat in a catbox that means he is in rebel territory. If you see a cat in a cathouse that means he is in the rebel officers club.

Viva la difference! I wouldn't have it any other way. How boring for a country to be homogeneous. Look at Canada with its French Canadians, etc. The south did not have to give up its culture but only to live under the same Law.

I agree to disagree Hank. The main point is that we are a united country now not two separate entities. Hallejulah to that!

I wonder how scientific polls were in the 1850's? I don't particularly believe in them now but 160 years ago? I didn't say I knew the northern mindset, I said I doubt that it concerned itself with economic destruction of the south until much later after the war created animosities that previously di...

The war was fought to unify the nation, that is, to bring the South back into the republic. I can not believe the Northern people initially wanted to subjugate the South economically ; that just was not part of their mindset. It might have developed later after the war had gone on and on and became ...

Ah, the joy of clever repartee as only a 19th century gentlemen could deliver. Alas, it is an art that has been ,if not lost, then sadly neglected.

How do you think we burned Atlanta? The only thing our boy scouts helped was to help themselves to southern Girl Scouts!

You Southern gentlemen have too much time on your hands. So this is what you do instead of fighting? Pick on the boy Scouts? Shame on you!
