Thanks for the explanation. I believe this is unique to Overland (?) so I wasn't sure if it was a glitch of sorts. Next time I see a lonely ford ripe for sneaking a whole corps over, I'll be sure to send out my scouts first.

In several of the games I have played so far in Overland I have noticed that not all fords are passable. Is there anything on the map, or rules, that explains have to determine whether a ford is passable without actually endeavoring to try and cross one?

I often have the same question...but since there are so many now...I just select them all, except for MDF, and play...but on occassion have gone back to think what the hell does this one mean?

I remember there was a site that had updates for the TS Battleground games. All I remember is I had to run the updates to play the games when I first joined th club. Can anyone point me to where I can get these updates?

I do not yet own Overland...but all I have spoken to said it is a fine game. Hats off to John Ferry and all those who dedicate their time to the games and club so as to provide the rest of us with a Happy Gaming experience.

Not wedded to any op rule in particular...but prefer to play with ADF only due to my RL schedule.
