General Miller, good CoS that you are, I assure you Gen. Garner and I have been in communication and he was aware that I would be issuing this public challenge. I was giving him a chance to reply in like manner for the amusement of all. After all, fighting is serious business enough and sometimes a ...

Are you confusing Pinky with Tyke, who ran amok in Hawaii and was gunned down with 86 shots? Seems quite a coincidence that it would take the same number for different elephants unless they were using the same calibre guns and hit the same areas. wierd.

No III Corps? When you click on the AotM link at the top right and get your website, it shows a III Marine Corps. Is that no more? You guys need a refreshing of the site. Our XIX Corps is called "inactive" and one day, given more members, it can activate again.- Drex

Gentlemen: It was supposed to be funny. And there is nothing feminine about being deft at something: quick, skillful, adroit. Evidently these are qualities with which the AotM is unfamiliar. In addition, I am waiting for Gen. Garner to answer, if he can tear himself away from Miss Clarissa's weekly ...

General Garner; In the spirit of chivalry and due respect to honor, I, Gen. Ringbloom, do challenge you and your organized rabble to a battle royal, mano e mano, based on rules discussed earlier. What's more, although the AotM is little more than militia -without shoes, I might add- we do not think ...

What's wrong with a Bison's head? They use to be all over the great plains and they were there in the 1860's. Besides, the Rebs have gators, elephants and lord knows what not. They will need to build an Ark when it comes time to evacuate Richmond! :P

[quote="Neal Hebert"]Lieutenant Martin <salute> As for the elephant, he still hasn't a name that I'm aware of. Sir, If I may suggest some famous names for elephants: Dumbo- if it was good enough for Walt Disney, it is good enough for the CSA Surus - the most famous war elephant of Hannibal...

I believe guns should be standardized. they didn't change with the years but the gunners did. they got better. So gun effectiveness should increase with time due to gunner experience. Perhaps the Confederate guns might be tweaked to simulate the problems they had with effective ordnance but I'm sure...
