Bob,

It has been a pleasure serving side by side with you for many years and also under your command for many years! :D I consider your steady hand at the ETC to be amongst some of the finest leadership this side of the Club has seen! :)

Hank, Questions in the campaign is one things, as that format is designed to allow them and folks who don't care don't have to follow, but blind pamphleteering is not a tradition of the Club. I think a candidates only post would be a good idea. There was little interaction between the two. I do thin...

My email address works just fine. :) But I am disappointed that someone would mass email the Club, not only their side, but the opposite side with a personal endorsement for an elected office. Though it doesn't occur often, it is often out of respect for the process and the members that a person in ...

Bill, I am not doubting you, don't get me wrong. I know it has been an issue for you for a while. I was just saying there are examples of when it works too, that's all. The issue comes with finding volunteers sometimes, not all the time, but sometimes. There used to be floods of folks looking to hel...

Bill, How is asking to explore adding a new game and including it in DoR adding another admin level. It is temporary work to edit the DoR and enter in the data, it isn't a routine & full time position. It isn't any different than when HPS adds a new game and it gets coded into DoR. As for commun...

I am hoping to find some current additional games to get into the Club. PBEM should not be the only option we allow in game play. Some folks like realtime and we can support that too if we can think of good ways for scoring. We did it at the NWC. A little different scoring system than the usual, but...

Time for me to ask a constructive question...Matrix's newsletter announced 3 new games out, Scourge of War series Gettysburg, Antietam and Pipe Creek. They look like great games, but do not support PBEM but instead are pauseable real time. What is your opinion on the Club supporting and allowing sco...

Good luck Mark! I agree with your stance on MAW by the way. Also, so you know I place adverts that stay up for a whole year on Matrix for the Club and also other game makers. I need to renew the Matrix ones though, so thanks for reminding me of that. Also Pierre was most gracious to assist me in the...

Folks, I continue to travel and am extremely busy at work with end of the fiscal year things and switching positions at work. I will be slow to respond to things and will be slow on gaming too. Best way to get a hold of me is email and I'll answer when I can. Further, I expect to be more busy with m...
