Gentlemen, I described what I had done, step by step, and -- as anticipated -- General Sands saw right away where I went wrong. One little tweak and everything's right now. Tonight I set up the Tex-Mex scenarios so I'll be ready for the "Earn Yer Spurs" tournament Col. Carroll is organizing for the ... |

Col. Smith, Thanks. Remember in the movie "Gettysburg" when the sergeant was talking to Col. Chamberlain and complaining that the officers in charge "couldn't pour piss out of a boot with instructions written on the heel"? He was talking about ME [V]! I messed up following Ernie's instructions, but ... |

Gentlemen, Since I set up my new machine, the only Talonsoft game I've loaded has been Chickamauga. Now I want to load BG Gettysburg. I remember reading something recently that very succintly stated what to do, in what sequence, and where to go to get the necessary downloads, but I can't find such a... |

Col. Carroll, I don't know about posting photos here at the Mason-Dixon Tavern, but a while back one of the club members set up a Photo Gallery of club members (by army!) that was pretty interesting. It might have been a couple of years ago and I don't have it listed in my 'favorites' here at home. ... |

Bill & All: I'm here! With the wife gone, I've had more housework to do than normal (I really do need to take her out to eat when she gets back [:)]). I spent some time today catching up on games, but I hadn't checked the Tavern in a day or two, though. Yes, I'm doing fine here in central Missouri. ... |

Gentlemen, FYI, General Bertolino has checked in (see the Smoking Room and check out the 'Prayer Request' thread). Whew -- that's one accounted for, although it will be several days yet before he will know if he has a house to return to or not. Your humble servant, Gen 'Dee Dubya' Mallory David W. M... |

Col. Ray, Thanks for the alert. My wife left yesterday morning to go to McComb, Mississippi to serve as a Red Cross volunteer. She's working with Southern Baptists to feed refugees and the community. I lived in Biloxi, Mississippi when Hurricane Camille hit back in 1969. I was only in the 6th grade ... |
