Gen Strickler has a lawyerly point about surrender - Lee surrendered the remnant of the ANV at Appomattox on parole until exchanged, Johnstone the forces in the Carolinas, Taylor and Stand Watie the forces under their command. These would included partisans, and all those officers and men on wounded...

Gen Strickler,

I appreciate your humor, but you sure have some yappy puppy dogs underfoot.

No Sir, I have nothing specific in mind. I have only recently migrated to HPS from BG, after an 18 month break in service. So far I have played 2 scn under Gettysburg (090, a maneuver game vs Willie Tisdale and 290 - a short vicious cavalry fight- vs Jan Wellerman) , and have only just (Friday) acqu...

Colonel

Happy to oblige - How does CG scenario 90 (37 turns, infantry, corps level) sound to you?
All options except manual defensive fire?. I can usually manage 4 turns/week.

Also willing to do short cavalry scenarios.

These days we do not get much flooding because for 130 years the Corps of Engineers has been working to prevent it. Before all the dams on the Potomac and ...
