From my limited experience I have seen it both ways. I have been "sniped" at by Rebel arty, but have also, in different games, been able to "snipe back. I have a belief in what works well. We can discuss this in detail in the union forums. I'll see you in the Winchester Back r...

General Hebert: Sir, i promise you we will be back next fall ro reclaim the Cup and place it on its rightful location, the AotS website. Since the AotS also has the summer and winter offensives ongoing, I can not entertain another engagement at this time. Sept 1st, 2013 will be our date. With respec...

I have to disagree. Writing a great western does not translate into a great movie. Look at the remake of 3;10 to Yuma. It has to be the director and screenwriter. the actors make it real.

General Ringbloom <salute> Suh, my compliments! I haven't seen Lancaster's "Unforgiven", however will keep it in mind to view. Highest regards, Gen. Hebert: Sir, Lancaster and Audrey Hepburn were cast in this great 1960 western. You can get it over the internet of course. It has a great c...

I think Eastwoood's "Unforgiven" like Lancaster's "Unforgiven" is good because it has an original western theme that can be enjoyed over and over. Most westerns I can only see once but these two are worth seeing again and again.

It turns out the lack of any Yankee fool to run the Union ET has left me without a sparring partner! I guess the Yanks caught a break. Who knew their lack of participation and patriotism would actually help them in the long run? Ohhhh... gauntlet dropped. Er, Blake, let's get the record str...

In final reply, i can only quote the lyrics of Henry Clay Work and the State Song of Georgia: Bring the good old bugle, boys, we'll sing another song Sing it with a spirit that will start the world along Sing it as we used to sing it, 50,000 strong[5] While we were marching through Georgia. Chorus H...

The morning was cold and crisp and the snow was beginning to fall when the sentries spotted a group of riders approaching. The sentries weren't alarmed as the group was dressed in Confederate gray - except for one rider who was in Union blue. "Who they bringin' in, you s'pose/ A prisoner?"...
