Actually, 3.5 inch drives are a thing of the past. My laptop doesn't even have one, but it has 4 USB ports (I think most new desktops come with 6). I use my laptops for PowerPoint presentations all the time. I often use a flash drive to move the PowerPoints from my desktop to my laptop (and from Mac...

Hi Pat, I used http://www.glinq54.com/acw/acw.htm . DO NOT USE THE 1.03 PATCH AT HPS! If you do that it will not accept any new maps. Use this site to add in the right mods: http://www.brettschulte.net/ACWCGDC/AddOnSetup.htm . The scenarios are found at the same site. Col. Randy Hartwig 1/IX/AoO, USA

Capt. Lajoie,

I choose the ACWCGDC custom scenario of Middle Creek (Corinth 1.01a mod) against Col. Patrick G. Carroll. I have loaded the scenario and modifications and will send an email to Col. Carroll, who I am engaged with in another Battle, right now.

Capt. Lajoie,

I would be willing to play a scenario to defend the Union. I have HPS Campaing Corinth (1.01a) and Campaign Ozark.

Because of the layout of the school where I work as a science teacher, I am actually closer to the History teachers. They all know I am a history nut and many of them know I am a wargamer. They ask me questions about stuff all the time. One year I got to teach U.S. History (until 1865). [:)] I even ...

Gentlemen of the South, I am interested in crossing swords with 1 or 2 of you in a mutually agreed upon scenario or campaign (Gettysburg only for campaign). I have just completed a game at Chickamauga (and will soon have another one completed whether I wish to or not[B)]), so something that is at le...
