Guys, I'm helping to playtest this one, and it looks great. Without Activision breathing down their necks, MMG can try more things and try them quickly. I can't say any more than that at this time because Norb and Adam like to divulge any new info themselves. I highly recommend this one when it come... |

I'm 26, and I'll be 27 in November. I've been reading books and magazines on the Civil War since about the age of 7. I didn't really get into gaming until about the age of 13 or so, right around the time Age of Rifles came out. -Brett Schulte HPS Playtester ACW Campaign Games Design Center: http://w... |

Alan, Gate of Hell is definitely on my wish list. I'm hoping to pick that up some time in the next few months. There's also a book that focuses on the Fort Wagner fight that I'm looking into, but the exact name escapes me at the moment. <blockquote id="quote"><font size="3" face="book antiqua" id="q... |

Phil, Rich is not asking that these units perform like Nappy Cav., only that they be able to break down like Nappy Cav. They need the ability to do this to perform their dual historical roles of scouting and being used in delaying actions. I agree that these units should not be able to exit victory ... |

Rich, That address will work. I only recently discovered my address in the automated system was wrong, so that's probably why your reply didn't make it through. Guys, I don't get the chance to play the games as much as I'd like to anymore and I am by no means a master tactician. If anybody here has some tactics or tips, or feels strongly one way or the other about certain aspects of the HPS gaming system or the optional rules, I'd love to have you guest pos... |
