Yes,of course, Ken and Bill...meleeing in column over bridges has always been accepted with or without help of "the engine"...however, when I take up with a new opponent I always go over all of those "house" rules and come to an understanding before beginning...and for that matter agreeing to NOT pu...

Interesting...so the beef here is NOT just the basic simultaneous blitz exploitation tactic but also attacking ONLY in column. Of course Cavalry always can do that, but I hope this post and Lt. B's experience WAS NOT someone ALSO meleeingin column with INFANTRY...doing that has always ...

So...I read all these posts...sounds like there is a new optional rule for melee? But a new patch hasn't yet been released...is that correct? I know Rich said that something was in the pipeline back month or so ago, so I presume that we will see this "non blitz" tweak for single phase play in the ne...

NOW THAT IS a coincidence...my machine is also over five years old, a P4 2.54 GHZ that HAD 512MB, and has an ATI 128mb video card. And I know my Direct X is up to date as a result of new games installations of the latest version...so it is a mystery to me how you could run it on 512mb when mine woul...

Dierk...you must have a helluva lot faster computer than I do...my 2.54 Gig old machine is still pretty quick BUT when I got the game I had only 512MB and it took almost 15 minutes to actually load all the graphics and come up to the the main menu AND THEN it took about 2 to 3 minutes to go from one...

Me also...learning by doing..duhh...do check into the AGEOD forum and the AGEOD Wikipedi for a lot of helpful information...beyond the manual. The AGEOD forum at their official site is certainly the pre-emminent forum to discuss it. However, if we want to discuss aspects of the game in our own cl...

Duhhh! I voted for adding games but I can't seem to find the "list"? What I had in mind was AGEOD, Blue and Gray, and I am glad to help out with a scenario list if that one made the cut...but Ernie...seriously, which post here actually lists the games that were added? Thanks,
...
