I've had one inquiry about adding existing games to the tourney. If you can get your opponent to agree to an offer considering then I will consider them eligible.

General Jeff Laub, by unanamious acclaim of the Union Army Command Staff and with full acceptance of the Cabinet, will be assuming the post of Union CoA on January 4.
