Since my good friend Dave decided to make a post for testing his signature, I figured I'd stop in and do the same. Howdy, Dave!

EDIT: Looks good. Woo-hoo, the IV Corps Flag looks even better on this forum than on the old one. :D

Gents, My opinion is that if your opponent leaves a battery so undefended that a 55 man cavalry unit can take it, then he deserves to lose those guns. Artillery was RARELY unsupported, and when it was it was often lost rather quickly. A battery (or section) may have an inherent strength that might b...

Gents, Drinks are on me, as my command has just returned from a stunning Major Victory just south of Prairie Grove Church, combined with the other actions fought by my men in days previously, the campaign ended with a Major Confederate Victory, and the destruction of the Union army defending Missour...

Sirs, As I am unfamiliar with the background of this game, could someone who has a history with it drop me an email and let me know the particulars. It seems very similar to an open ended MP Campaign we ran way back in the day during my previous tenure with the club. If it is anything like that, I'd...

Gents, Please pardon my dirty uniform and the smudges of black powder on my face, but I've just ridden in from my most recent victory near the small town of Gettysburg! My esteemed opponent, Maj. Dave Elkin, has graciously surrendered his army after 70 turns of carnage. The Rebel army of Northern Vi...
