Welcome to the club, Lt. Biggs. I have been here for over 2 years and have enjoyed it greatly. Best of luck vs those foul smelling Rebs.

Looking for a Reb to do battle on a BG mod from the Cartography Office.
Am interested in trying out New Market, First Winchester, or Kernstown.
Send a courier if interested.

Well, for the past 15 years or so my primary interest has been the Civil War (prior to that it was WWII). Am gaining an interest in the Napoleonic Wars as of late. American Revolution and WWII rank #3 and #4 right now.

Regarding the Shiloh patch, will it work on game already in progress? Or should I wait until my game is finished to apply the new patch? Thanks

Have finally gotten around to picking up HPS Gettysburg. Am looking for a Reb opponent for either the full 3 day battle or one of the longer one day scenarios. Also looking to play using phases (like the BG games). If interested please send a courier to my tent. Thank you. Colonel Dale Lastowicka 1s...

Bill, If you are referring to dmallory I saw that he replied to the New Orleans post in the Smoking Room yesterday (9/1) so I assume all is well. I also see that L.G. Bertolino, who resides in New Orleans, safely evacuated to Houston prior to the disaster. Colonel Dale Lastowicka 1st "Adirondack" Di...

It has been a good summer here in upstate NY. Have made a few trips to my beloved Adirondacks for some hiking and kayaking. I also took in a Civil War reenactment and visited a few Revolutionary War sites here in NY. Kyle, although I am a Union man who resides in NY I tend to differ with you regardi...

I truly pity anyone that feels that they must cheat. Are the few extra points really that important? I value the comradarie with my opponents far more than whether I win or lose (good thing, since I have more losses than wins![:)]). I would never jeopardize that comradarie by resorting to cheating a...

I am saddened by the passing of Shelby Foote. His trilogy spurred my interest in the Civil War and he will be missed greatly.
