I have that problem with all my HPS/John Tiller games. I have to decrease the hardware acceleration of the sound card to get the sound & music to work properly. Give it a try - it might do the trick [:)]

I just received the game today, and have only had time for a quick look around. I am still hoping for HPS to release an expansion pack covering the fighting further down on the peninsula with a larger map, etc.... Would have been nice to start the campaign down there [:D]

My guess is that these are OLD screenshots from BGG v.1.0. I remember when I first bought it in 1996 unit strenght was counted in single digits, for instance "3" for a regiment of ca. 300 men, etc. Luckily they changed that quickly to the system we all are familiar with today. I haven't heard a word...

No, haven't heard anything yet... But am hoping for something like Campaign Atlanta, Campaign Shenandoah (62 & 64), Campaign Virginia (1864).... My wish list is looooooooong [:D]

Yes, this sounds very strange indeed. My own computers run on Win XP with SP2 and DirectX 9, and all the current drivers, etc, and all of my Battleground games works just fine on both of them. I had some problems installing East Front, West Front, etc on my computers, but now they too works just fin...
