Finally found some time to get online, had 4 days worth of emails and turns to catch up on. My thanks to Rich Hamilton for all the effort he puts into Tiller Con. I had a good time even though the allies lost the PzC tourney and the yanks lost the ACW game although they did have a 2-1 casualty rate ... |

Gents, My apologies for being late to this party but I was in Kansas City for the weekend. Gen Breen and I go way back joining the club at about the same time and both being posted to XIX Corps. He has served as a Division Commander replacing me as CO of 3/XIX and commanded both the VI and XIX Corps... |

Add me to the list, by this time tomorrow the little red headed girl and I should be checking into the hotel in KC. I'll be spending the evening with her as having gone to an Origins convention and Tiller Con I with me she doesn't expect to see much of me the rest of the weekend. Since we have to co... |

Gen Teasdale, Since no one has come forward to accept you challenge for the Big Bethel game I'm willing to give it a try. Give me a day to get it downloaded and installed and I'll send you my first move tomorrow night. Gen. Ken Miller http://home.comcast.net/~AoS_USA/Pictures/FLG_AoS_sm.gif Army of ... |

Getting close and we haven't heard from Gen Mallory so I thought I'd bump this up and give him a chance to speak up on the optional rules for the game. Gen Weir and I have stated our preferences and the others are willing to go along with whatever is decided so if Gen Mallory has any druthers he sho... |

Never had the privilige of meeting the gentlemen but please offer his family my condolences. Always sad to lose a club member for any reason but since his father contacted Gen Mere I would assume he was not one of our more senior members in age which makes it even sadder. Gen. Rich, Okay I've played half a dozen turns of an Atlanta battle with the weather option on. Like the visibility end of it but the movement reductions seem to be wrong for moving up and down hill. I tried to move a unit with 6 MP uphill one level and got an insufficient MP error. Looked at the PDT and... |

Rich, Sunday would be ok with me, I'll be there from Friday night till about noon on Monday, we have a 5 PM flight home so we will have to head to the airport around 1-2 pm on Monday. Gen Weir, I've added your choices to my tally. Gen. Ken Miller http://home.comcast.net/~AoS_USA/Pictures/FLG_AoS_sm.... |

Rather than just having David and I decide I'd like to hear from everyone on whether you want to play phases or single turn. Personally for an MP game I think single turn is the only way to go, I don't know if you can play such a game in phases but then I've never tried it. As to options I'm not sur... |

Let's see, got myself involved in the PzC tourney and a Tsushima game lined up with Gary McClellan. I want to catch the presentation on wargame design and the one on the ACW series, maybe check out Blackies on PzC scenario design. Then I have to get myself involved in an ACW MP game sometime during ... |

Bill, Since I normally play with the flank morale modifier on that tends to compensate a bit for leaving rout limiting off as I normally try to keep my lines pretty solid with normal strengths of 400-600 men per hex rather than using the EOH style of play with large stacks. However if an opponent pr... |

Gentlemen of the South, I have just finished several weeks of intensive work on the AoJ-AoS-AoP merger and my new HPS Atlanta units.bmp The boys are in need of some exercise and I have started them south to Atlanta. Looking for a reb willing to try and stop us. I prefer to play with all the optional... |
