My couriers have either gotten lost or your pickets aren't letting them through :). So, I am putting this here on a tree and hopefully you will ride by it sometime :).

Please delete this entry:

06Sep11226

It is a duplicate of an already registered game.

Thank you!

Colonel,

Your game has been deleted. If you require further assistance, send your courier to the Union HQ.

A broader note to all, your respective Chief of the Army can handle almost every item related to the Clubs automated system, so use your chain of command to resolve issues! After all, we're here to serve![:D]

I had exactly the same problem as Colonel Kling.

I wrote to General Adams to remove a duplicate game but no answer.

Could you remove the 06Feb10202 game ?

Thank you.

Col Lajoie,

The quickest way to correct the problem is to email your chain of command.

Gentlemen,

I concur with Generals Laub and Sands. General Adams did this club a great service by setting up the Department of Records database. We should not continue to burden him with its upkeep. The CoA's of both military organizations have the authority to make all corrections and adjustments to records on their side of the database. If there are adjustments to be made, pass those up your chain of command.

Your humble servant,
Gen 'Dee Dubya' Mallory
