Gentlemen,

Is anyone else having trouble with their Yahoo! accounts? Mine has worked fine until this week. Apparently they 'upgraded' my service (I had no choice in the matter) and now nothing works. I can't reply to or forward messages, most of the time I can't pull up names from my address book as I did before, and about half the time when I DO get a new message started I receive an 'error on page' message at the bottom and can't proceed anyway. It's getting pretty frustrating.

Your humble servant,
Gen 'Dee Dubya' Mallory

I know how you feel - mine have been playing up for a week, now. They've been through it before, I'm just going to ride it out.

I have YAHOO, also, but do not have any problems with them, at all. YAHOO is not my premary email, but I do get messages everyday.
I have not see problems with YAHOO in quite some time.

I have not seen any changes to my service from them, as far as upgrades and have not received any notice of anything going on.

Only problem with mine is it appears I can no longer copy directly from my emails, have to switch to printable version before I can copy and paste from my email to Word. However I have not upgraded my Yahoo although there is a notice that I can upgrade to some new version I have not clicked on the link.

I actually use YAHOO Mail Plus, so I can pick up my YAHOO mail from any 3rd Party program. It co$$$tS, but I forget how much.

Sometimes when my other accounts rejects mail from some ISP's, YAHOO works fine.

David,

I have Windows ME, so I was not alowed to upgrade Yahoo!, sounds like waiting is the best option anyways.

I'm using the beta and it works fine for me. Pretty good also actually with the exception than emails open as soon as you click on them. And if you delete an email it takes you to the next and opens it up, even if you did not want it to open.

I still like the beta more than the old one, especially for pbem due to the rather simple attaching method.
