Help!

I've lost the background music (my wife is smiling...) on HPS Franklin and TS Chickamauga. I don't know what went wrong, the PC froze... and when I restarted (after killing the task) no more music. It happened twice (once for each game).

How to restart the backgroud musicw ithout reinstalling everything (the settings are good "background music" is checked) ?

Any idea

First of all have you verified that sound is working for other non-gaming functions? If not you may have a corrupted driver for your sound card. You would need to reinstall it to repair the system. Good luck.

A quick way to test out your sound card would be to click on the WAV file for the music and see what happens.

It is very doubtful that it is the program. Also make sure you that the preferences for music is still checked, in the game.

You can test the game sounds, by going to the MUSIC folder of the main game folder and selecting one of the WAV files.
