American Civil War Game Club (ACWGC)

Gentlemen:

I was taking a break from writing speeding tickets tonight and was wondering how many club members are using the names of South Carolina Troops. I was also thinking about are there anyone else from the Great State of South Carolina playing on line.

Please advise with your Name, Rank, Unit and Army.

Since I am a Divison Commander for the II Corp of Army of Northern Virginia, I am using the Pee Dee Division name. I was using the name of the Pee Dee Brigade before that. I guess if I had to pick a Infantry unit it would either be the 8th SC or the 25th SC. If I was acting our artillery it would be the Pee Dee Light Artillery (2nd SC Arty) and for cavalry the 4th SC Cavalry.

Just being curious...

I live close enough to SC, I live outside of Wilmington,NC. spend a lot of time at the Bass Pro Shop in Myrtle Beach,SC my wife and daughters spends time and my money[:D] at the malls there.

I have the good fortune to live in the great state of South Carolina, in the southern tip just north of Savannah. I have not selected a unit name yet, though I have been looking at the historical names of SC units.
