Gen. Dragan (John),

Does being the first Reb to post here place me first in line for those incentives? [:)]

Officers of the C.S.A., please do take the time to:

1. Familiarize yourselves with the 2 candidates' platforms as outlined in the Smoking Room forum .

2. Familiarize yourselves with the voting process, summarized in Pres. Mallory's sticky post at the top of this page and then again quoted by me in this post (immediately below).

3. Between Sunday, June 23rd and Saturday, June 30th please do vote for the candidate you believe best suited for having a hand in guiding the Club's business.

The process:

quote:
Any CSA officer wishing to cast his vote should do so in the following manner:

1) The two candidates (in the order nominated) are:
Jon Cuneo
Larry Quick

2) Send an email specifying your choice (please show "CSA Cabinet Secretary Ballot" in the Subject line) to all three of the following (edited to thwart bots):
David Mallory: dwmallo01-at-yahoo-dot-com
Nick Kunz: nick-dot-kunz-at-verizon-dot-net
Jeff Laub: jdlaub-at-msn-dot-com

3) The email must be sent from your official club email address, as listed in the Department of Records. This will be validated. IF THIS IS NO LONGER YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS, NOW IS THE TIME TO UPDATE YOUR RECORDS!

Let me tell you, I hope all of you Rebs get out and vote!

In an effort to help this effort, we put the polling locations as far South as we could, and I've directed my armies to go on the offensive in that general direction! So do your normal deed when you see the Boys in Blue advancing, and turn tail and run South. Cast a vote along the way![;)]

Now, someboday said something about free drinks?![:D]

Hey General Smith,
Once you get north of Va. they don't know anything about grits or sweet tea. General Laub suh, how far south are you talking about. Can't be Florida, it's plum full up with Yankee snowbirds, bluehairs a wayward Moose [;)] and one BM2 SS [:D]. And everyone knows who that is...........

Respectfully,

Gentlemen,

Did somebody mention voting in Florida?? We'll have none of that hanging chad, sirs -- this election will be settled if we have to fight it out on this line all summer! Wait, wrong side ...

Your humble servant,
Gen 'Dee Dubya' Mallory
