It is with pleasure that I'd like to inform my fellow club members that my wife gave birth to a son - our first born - just after 6am this morning. I hope he will grow up to be an avid wargamer, although it'll be a few years yet before he'll be ready to join the ACWGC!

My apologies for any delays with game files in the weeks ahead. There will no doubt be times when I'll be too busy changing nappies, etc, to have sufficient time for gaming.

Congratulations to your wife and new son and, of course, to you. I see you have given out CYBERGARS to all.

Always glad to see a new Confederate officer join the ranks. Are his nappies grey with gold, blue or red trim? Cavalry, Infantry or Artillery?

Rich,

Congrats to you and the missus. I remember both my kids births very well and my oldest is 27 and my baby is 20 so it's been a while, but those two days I'll never forget.

Congrats Rich on your new arrival and may God watch over you and your family. My oldest is 17, and the baby just turned 14 so it's been awhile but I still rmemeber those two days just like it was yesterday. Hope your good at multi tasking, feedings, baths, diaper changing and all done with only three hours of sleep if your lucky[:D][:D]. I still remember those 0300 feedings, then get up at 0600 for work. Drink plenty of strong coffee, and tooth picks to prop open your eye lids. <Salute>

Respectfully,
