Sir we were at Belmont in an HPS Shiloh Campaign. Last Turn I got form you was 14 September. I hope every thing is alright. If email down please post here. Any commanding Officers who have info I would appricate feed back. Thank you Gentlemen.

Sir, wait the appropriate time based on club rules and declare your victory. I am sure that if he pops up again he would understand, when we fail to respond to calls or fail to let our opponents know when we will be late with turns we know the possible results. If he makes contact we will let you know and the same on your end please. Sorry for the mishap I am sure it was not intentional. SALUTE!
