Officers of the Club,

In the absence of General Dave Bowman, the Cabinet has declared the position of CSA CoA vacant.

Major General Alan Lynn has agreed to serve as Interim CSA CoA.

Per club rules, we will need to conduct a special election in the near future. First, however, the Cabinet would like to address some concerns regarding club rules raised during the past two elections. Rule changes have been approved by the Cabinet and you will be given an opportunity to review and vote on these changes in the very near future.

In the meantime, please help me welcome General Laynn to the Cabinet.

Your humble servant,
Gen. 'Dee Dubya' Mallory

Gentlemen of the Cabinet, good call. Alan, thanks for shouldering the weight for the last while. Clearly Dave made an astute choice when he selected his Chief of Staff.

Actually it was Nick Kunz that asked me to be his CoS and I just continued in that role for Dave - or would have if he had not disappeared. We certainly all hope everything is ok with him health wise - that is the most important issue by far.

I am happy to serve as needed and do what I can - but I would be useless if it were for the fantastic assistance I get from my fellow officers out there. It is a team effort. Without the likes of Gen Kunz, Larry Quick, Ed Stewart, Willie Tisdale, Jon Cuneo, Gen Mallory, et al then I would certainly be worthless. Thank you to all of you.

Regards,

Major Gen. Alan Lynn
CSA Chief of Staff
3rd Bgde, 3rd Cav Div, II Corps, AoA

God Bless <><
