American Civil War Game Club (ACWGC)

Officers of the Club,

Following is my report to the club on activities of the Cabinet for February. There are only four items in this month's report, but since I am serving on the Election Committee (see item #3), it seems to me February was a very busy month!

1) Dealt with motion to declare the position of CSA CoA vacant. (Per club rules, this motion must pass unanimously by all remaining Cabinet members. The motion passed. Votes were cast as follows: ‘Yes’ - 6, ‘No’ - 0)

2) Appointed General Alan Lynn as Interim Chief of the Armies – CSA.

3) Appointed a three-person Election Committee (David Mallory, Mark Nelms, and Bob Weir) to handle details of a club-wide election on two club rule changes passed by the Cabinet last month, on dealing with Elections & Voting and the other with Expansion of Accepted Club-Sanctioned Games.

4) Passed revisions to Club Rule regarding Game expansions, based on input received from membership. ('Yes' - 6, 'No' - 0)

Ditto...ya done good men! Thanks so much for considering the new games. I think that it will possibly bring in more members once the word gets out. The AGEOD games are popular.
