So does this mean the towns of West Point Virginia, West Point Mississippi, and West Point, Nebraska, West Point, Utah, West Point, Iowa (home of the sweet corn festival, West Point, Wisc, are going to have to change their names too?

What about this machinary company? http://www.westpoint.com/ Are they going to get a letter too?? ...Dern, the academy doesn't even own their own website name if they're the only ones allowed to use the name "West Point".

What about "West Point" elementary school in KY? http://www.westpoint.k12.ky.us/ Do they have to change their name?

...How about the "Black Knights" drum corps in Burbank, CA? http://www.blackknights.org/

....How about the Republic of Singapore Air Force's "Black Knight" aerobatic team?

..How about the "Black Knight's" music group? http://www.lyricsmania.com/lyrics/black ... ics_12090/

...How about the Bellevill Black Knights drum corps? http://www.geocities.com/semccarty/Bell ... ights.html

...How about the Charlottesville, VA Black Knights? http://www.greene-news.com/gcn/sports/h ... hts/13774/

And the list goes on and on. I don't think groups or corporations etc have the right to own words in the English language.

Reminds me of an article I saw in "The Onion" a few years ago where it said Bill Gates submitted a patent request saying Microsoft owned the numbers "0 & 1" LOL
