It gives me great pleasure to announce the following CSA General Officer Promotions from the Eastern Theater Command:

<font color="limegreen">Colonel <b>John Newton </b>to Brigadier General, John has worked very hard in the following positions, 4th Cavalry Division Commander/I Corps AoG, AoG Chief of Staff and finally as Deputy Commandant of VMI.

Brigadier General <b>Tim Isgro </b>to Major General, Tim is 1st Infantry Division Commander/III Corps AoG, III Corps Chief of Staff and has worked diligently for Gen R. J. Harney on the BRBII Tournament.

<font color="yellow">Major General <b>Edward Stewart </b>to Lieutenant General, Ed is the Commanding General of the Army of Northern Virginia and Interim CSA Cabinet Secretary.</font id="yellow">

Lieutenant General <b>Paul Smith </b>to General, Paul is the Commanding General at the Army of Georgia, serving in the ANV he transfered to Command of I Corps at AoG, after serving for 13 months in that position became AC of AoG.</font id="limegreen">

Please join me in congratulations for their richly deserved promotions and their continued success in the Club!

I have only one thing to say...

I am able to stand so high today only because I stand on the backs of the Giants that went before. [:I]

I see all the usual suspects are in for promtion, well deserved every one. Congratulations to all these fine Officers and did "Notso" say he was buying! [:)]

On second thoughts I best check my liquer cabinet is still intact in case he purloined some supplies... [:0]
