How can I get a match removed from the records, I reported it not seeing that my opponent had already done so. I tried the board link on the report site, but only got error messages. I don't need any more points, and certainly not double credit.

Send Gen. Ernie Sands a message telling him the two game numbers and which one you need to have deleted. He has always been a service to me concerning those Senior Moments...lol
