Here is the link to HPS VISTA Help page. The main thing to remember is to create a sub-directory on the root of your C:\ drive to install your games into. I created a C:\HPS Simulations and then a new directory under that for each game for example: C:\HPS Simulations\Campaign Gettysburg. DO NOT install them into C:\Program Files this is where the problems are caused. By default the games will want to load under Program Files so you will need to be alert and either manually type in the correct path or select the browse button to the right and go find your new directories. Hope this helps.[:D] Lt. Gen. Ed Blackburn I/I/VI/AoS "Forward Bucktails" |

Personally I like to install my games as follows, regardless which OS I use: C:\Games\ACW\CPG Nice & short path, games grouped by time period so easy to find when looking for files, etc. and no interaction with a system folder at all. LGen. Hamilton II Corps ANV, CSA |
