I set up an email folder for each opponent and set a rule so that new emails go straight to that folder. Just save the file from that into the game folder and your good to go and don't have a cluttered in-box. When sending a game file I just take the email out of the sent folder and put it into the appropriate opponent folder. Now I'm off to take my Bill Peters "Learn Diplomacy by Mail" course.

Should not this be handled between you and your opponents privately and not in the public forum? (see ACWGC rule 3.4 "Grievances") We all have gaming issues with our opponents/partners from time to time and they are best handled one on one.
