There appears to be a Weather effects discrepancy between those listed in the parameter file and the actual efects for the Dawn Turns through almost 9am on Day 2 at Murfreesboro (CCH016).

Dawn starts at 6am but the visibilty was 1 hex until 8am when it went to 2 hexes. Around 9am it started catching up to the parameter values.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Suggest you contact HPS support and send them a copy of the file. Looking at the Chickamaugua_weather.pdt file you should see visibility of 2 hexes at 5 AM on Jan 1, 4 hexes at 520 and 20 hexes at 6 AM.
