Here is a topic I can give an answer that will really solve many problems with the game. Make the engine model straggling....Each unit will have a starting number of men....a number of healthy men that belong to the unit somewhere on the battlefield....and finally the number that have kept up and are on the firing line....If you overuse your unit, straggling will reduce your numbers to the point you have to pull them out of line and allow stragglers to return....Only the men actually on the firing line would be considered for firing calculations....thereby reducing casualties...so it solves 2 problems....overuse will hurt you more and it will lessen the casualties....Regards, Hank BG Hank Smith Army of Georgia Smith's Corp Commanding |

Also, when you pull a unit back and rest them....stragglers begin finding the unit and bringing it back to strength....Civil War Generals 2 had this feature and it worked extremely well. Hank BG Hank Smith Army of Georgia Smith's Corp Commanding |

As far as people taken heavy loses and still winning a battle maybe people should look to the Point system to this and the VP’s as well… Lt. Col. Robert Wilson, 4th Cav. Div, II Corps Army of Georgia "Georgia Predators" |
