 Post subject: Campaign Casualties

I understand that some of the earlier campaign releases suffered from the fact that casualties inflicted on a unit did not carry over from scenario to scenario as the campaign developed. I understand that this problem was corrected at one point in the series.

My question is which games in the series have corrected this problem?
