Officers of the Club:

For untiring dedication to the American Civil War Game Club by coordinating and overseeing not just one but TWO Historical American Civil War (HACW) tournaments for the club, the Cabinet has unanimously approved the awarding of the Legion of Merit award to Colonel Harold Lajoie, CSA.

As Club President, not to mention a brigade commander serving under Col. Lajoie, I consider it an honor and a privilege to present this award to him.

<salute>

The medal and ribbon have been delivered in person to Col. Lajoie, in the presence of his commanding officers and the brigade commanders who serve under his command.

Now that the formalities are over, drinks are on me to help celebrate this occasion.

Everyone, please help me congratulate Col. Lajoie on a job well done.

Your humble servant,
Gen. 'Dee Dubya' Mallory

Harold, congratulations on receiving this most highest of the Club Awards and only the second one award. When you started the 1st HACW tournament you were a lowly Field Lieutenant but you sure knew how to run a good show. I do hope there is another one to start up again shortly!

All the very Best!</font id="beige"></font id="size4"></font id="Book Antiqua">

It is an honor to serve with hard working volunteers. It is easy to see why ACWGC delivers some of the best gaming to be found. Well done and keep up the hard work!

Sir! I've read a bit about the HACW and it was a fantastic undertaking. I wish to congratulate you for the recognition you have most definitely earned. It would be be an honor to be associated in any small way with any future HACW engagements.

General Mallory,

This is a great honor for me to receive this Award. The creation and managing of the HACW tournaments were a fun challenge and I wish to share this medal with all the participants. Without them, the success of the project was not possible.

Thank you all for your participation, your support and your kind words.

Col. Harold Lajoie 2/I/AotM, CSA.

Colonel Lajoie, SIR! <salute>

As a relatively new (well into my second year) member of the ACWGC it was through your efforts and via the HACW that I was first to become aware of the magnitude and scope of service opportunities that existed within our organization. Although my efforts to benefit "<b></b>THE REBELLION<b></b>" were somewhat woeful, the experience itself was incredibly <b></b>FUN!<b></b>

May God continue to bless You and Yours.

Your most loyal and humble servant,

Brig. General Lawrence ("Larry") A. Kocher
