You can drink the rest of the week on my tab. I think you're a good man despite what General Hulinsky says. [:D] General Mark Nelms 6/3/IX/AoO "Blackhawk Brigade" Union Military Academy Instructor Union Cabinet Secretary |

Lt. Gandt, Thank you for letting me know. It is working correctly now. I thought I caught all the database names last night but I missed that one. I spent last night going through over 100 pages of coding on the website and had to change the spelling of every reference to tables in the new database to lower case. Let me know if you find anything else! Gen. Gentlemen, I have been able to trace back through all of the links and I believe at this point all links are working. My only concern is forms that require entry of dates for selecting records, such as the Army and Corps reports in the Admin section may not be functioning as designed. I plan on taking a look at that this weekend to find out what is going on with that. Thanks for your patience. Gen. Don Adams 5th Texas "Lone Star" Cavalry Brigade I/III ANV http://www.rootsandsaddles.com/index.htm "Verily I say unto you, as things which cannot be shaken shall stand, so shall things that are of the spirit - the soul of the Confederate soldier and the Rebel yell - fail to be captured or killed but shall live forever in the hearts of men and never die." -- Rudolph Mellard |

Generals; As a man that does this sort of work for a living well done and thank you very much. May your tired eyes recover from this exercise... and may you find a large container of "Bug Killer" in your billets [;)] Jack W Cpt Jack Waldron 2nd Bde/1st Div/XIX Corps/AoS/USA |

General Adams, Don, Don't believe a word that General Nelms says. [8D] I help out an old moldy Union General find his password to the ACWGC.ORG forums and he decides to give me hell! Typical Yankee! (Oh howdy, Mark!) [;)] I must say I agree with Mark though... from another fella who used to do all this paperwork via spreadsheets, etc... this system is far, far better! Thanks for all you efforts! Gentlemen, The Army and Corp reports now display the correct start date and are working as intended. I would entertain any ideas for improvements to the site dealing with reports or searches that you might wish to see added. For instance, there is one report I would really like to do and that is Top Gun reports WITHOUT any admin points being figured in. [:0] This report would reflect true "Top Guns" as all of the points used to determine them would come strictly from the battlefield. It would be interesting to see how that would impact the current list and make for much discussion in the local drinking establishments for sure. If you can think of anything else I would be more than willing to consider it and see if it is feasible. Gen. <font face="Book Antiqua"><font size="4"><font color="limegreen">Don and Ernie, Many thanks for upgrading the DoR, now the darn thing works like it is suppose too![:)] Don, you asked and I will try to convey what I would like to see changed or upgraded: When your OBD Points are displayed, at the bottom of the page is your battle record. However it does not separate games from <b><font color="beige">BATTLES</font id="beige"></b> and <b><font color="beige">MANEUVERS!</font id="beige"></b> I would like to see that added? There is of course another category and that is <b>Training</b> which could be added too or simply added in the maneuver numbers? Again, many thanks for all the time and effort it takes to maintain such a valuable asset for the Club!
