<i>I’ve been invited to participate in a cavalry conference being sponsored jointly by Longwood University and the Appomattox Court House National Historic Park at Longwood University on February 27. For those of you who might be interested in attending, here’s the flyer for the program:

Thanks for the notice. If I lived on that end of the country I would go. Which is why it can occasionally be depressing to live so far West.[:(]

I wonder if the seminar is being taped. It would be great to get copies of the papers and the delivery.

For Jim and the rest, I have just sent an email to Dr. Coles asking if podcast or papers will be made available. I did mention our club and sent him web address.

Um Mr McOmish- if you live north of the Tropic of Capricorn... then you ain't south...

It runs through Rockie doesnt it?

Suffice to say, you are not that far south, all things being relative. :)

Alas, the good Doctor Coles says that they will not create podcasts and each individual would have to decide to release papers from the conference.
