Gentlemen,

The Army of the Potomac has nearly completed it's reorganiztion. The staff is in the process of receiving their commisions and the DoR and the webpages have been updated with the latest ranks and OBD levels. Although there is still a lot to do I think we're off to a good start and so it's time to celebrate.

Bartender, the next round is on Gen Laub's tab.[:D]
